One of the many statues found in the Edinburgh cry centre. For this statue, it's a memorial for Boer War.
King Charles Spaniel in bed of daffodils (Brunsfield)
While walking to Edinburgh city centre from our B&B location, we saw this King Charles Spaniel within this bed of daffodils. Looks at the concentration in trying to poo!

Castlerigg Stone Circle
Castlerigg Stone Circle is among the megalithic monuments found littered around the British Isles, although it is not as famous as the Stonehenge.
Cockley Beck Bridge
One of the required shots of a "small bridge flowing stream" (????- a title of a Chinese poem) as term by my cousin - and this is Cockley Beck bridge.
Cockley Beck (Infrared)
Another infrared photography shot - this time of Cockley Beck.
Daffodils at Dove Cottage, Grasmere
Not sure it was due to his famous poem or it was already planting Dove Cottage, but this greets us when we visit the location, which is the home of the author, William Wordsworth.

High Force
We were looking for Aira Force and thought this was it. But it turns out we were wrong and this is actually High Force which is a waterfall a short distance (above Aira Force, if you walk from Aira Force) away.
Should have done a better homework on this waterfall before we went there!
Hardknott Pass View
Hardknott Roman Fort ruins view from the Hardknott Pass; one wondered how would it looked like in its heyday.
Sheep at Hardknott Roman Fort ruins
As sheep tends to graze almost everywhere in Lake District, I happen to face this sheep near the entrance of the fort (with a wide-angle lens). It was trying to determined if I was a threat - Thinking of how to escape to join the other sheep that were grazing further away on the other side of the wall... It quickly ran off to the other side when I lower my eyes to the camera, trying to fix in the zoom lens for a closer photo!
Great Langdale
In one of the travel guides, it says that the Great Langdale drive has to be one of the best drive in Lake District, and having driven through it, I would could see why it is so - Excellent view and, because of that, excellent locations for photography all along the drive.

Lone sheep at Wrynose Pass
We seems to encounter sheep in our journey in Lake District. This is a lone sheep sitting/resting at Wynose Pass. As we were the only car that stopped at this location, I guess it was curious to see what we were doing stopping at this location (and I suppose assess if we were a threat to it)!
Swans at Lake Windermere
While strolling along the Windermere Lake, chance upon some swans and waited to catch some shot and was rewarded with this classic heart shape pose.
Lake Ullswater

Sir Matt Busby statue at Old Trafford
Statue of Matt Busby, the legendary manager before Alex Ferguson's time who, despite the Munich tragedy, manages to build/rebuild team(s) to capture trophies and won numerous league titles.
Old Trafford
Apart from watching a match at Old Trafford, the other activity all United fans would do is to go for the stadium tour. While waiting for the tour to start, we could wander around the exhibits which shows the past and current players of the club and also the trophies that United has won over the years - including a special area for the 98-99 treble.
"Match About To Start"
This shot was taken (max out at 200mm of my lens) just before the thrilling 4:0 win over Aston Villa starts. Unfortunately, the hospitality package we took (at the price which was the best we could afford) - the Red Café post-Match day VIP Package - has us seated at higher level corner (NW3428), between the North Stand (now SAF Stand) and West Stand.
Home Team Dressing Room
As part of the stadium tour, we were allowed into the players' dressing room, and even stroll out of the Players Tunnel and into the stadium field (ok, we were not allowed on the field itself, but we could sit at the substitution bench and where the SAF would sits during the home matches).
"Theatre of Dreams"
Old Trafford, nicknamed as "Theatre of Dreams" by Bobby Charlton in The Official Manchester United Illustrated Encyclopaedia - mecca of all Manchester United fans; and I finally got to visit the ground in 2008!
MU 2007/2008 Team
Photograph of the 2006/2007 squad on the wall of the Megastore at Old Trafford during the visit in Late Mar/Early April 2008 - I am certain it would have been replaced by some other wall photos by now.
